Send an email to the Embassy of your Country residing in Indonesia

There is a list with email-addresses (and full addresses) residing in Indonesia (mostly Jakarta) which can be found at http://www.expat.or.id/info/embassy.html

You can send an email containing the petition letter to the embassy of your proper (or other) country.
